New to the blogroll: Foothill Cities interviews Carol Liu; Jose Huizar gets Street Hassled; Bayne of Blogs

Some double duty here as I call out some quality blog content while introducing the blogs to the California Faultline blogroll…

The anonymous Centinel at the Foothill Cities blog interviews 21st District senatorial candidate Carol Liu as if she’s running unopposed, questioning her on if listing herself as a “housewife” on ballots is accurate, and if the district lines for California’s 21st District, “which ranges from Burbank to Silverlake to San Gabriel to Pasadena and more,” are drawn in a rational way (she says it looks like a badger).

Joseph Mailander, erstwhile contributor at Mayor Sam’s Sister City and Martini Republic, has hit the ground running with his new blog: Street-Hassle. In trademark Mailander style, it appears the site will cover the arts, politics, and liquor. On Saturday he posted details about city councilman member Jose Huizar’s trip to Dubai.

And up in NoCal, the Bayne of Blogs is paying close attention to statewide measures and local candidates up for play in the June primary election.
